Creativity

I enjoy the times when I'm going about my day-to-day life and make little observations of who God must be.

For example, this summer I've taken hundreds, if not, thousands, of photos. I've refinished three picture frames, one mirror, and two shelves. I've sewn three pillows. I'm in the process of refinishing four dining chairs, one rocking chair, and one drop-leaf table. Oh, and I also have been embroidering a wall hanging I plan on framing.

Boy, are the creative juices flowing.

I've gotten into this groove where I just want to keep creating and I absolutely love it. I almost become giddy when I finish a project and get to see something that was once worn down and lifeless look good again.

And you probably know where this is going...

But I'll say it anyway.

God must be that same way. Giddy about creating. Giddy about giving us life. Giddy about renewing His kingdom.
