I've discovered maybe one of the easiest AND cheapest AND cutest gifts of all time. Take a piece of heavy stationary, on the back draw the saying and design that you like (make sure it's the mirror image), make holes along your tracing to guide your embroidery floss through using a heavy duty needle, sew embroidery floss through your guides, frame, and DONE.
